| Goal | My goal for this Project is to introduce elementary students to the process of printmaking with a press. Students would learn about this historical artform and get hands on experience in various methods of printmaking. |
| Description | Students would learn about the various methods of printmaking. Different grade levels will create thier own printing plates plates with a multitude of materials that I already have. The press would allow the students to go through the process of printing their own images numerous times experimenting with color, placement and materials. |
| Benefits | A printing press would give the students hands on experience with a style of art that has been around for hundreds of years. The students would understand the history of printmaking and create with their own artworks. |
