Goal

Our goal is to support students learning around resiliency and self-regulation so that they can access learning and meet their fullest potential.
Description

Teachers will participate in professional learning and classroom coaching in Conscious Discipline. Resources will be purchased for students to use to reinforce FL Resiliency Standards.
Benefits

Last year, the school saw a 75% decrease in office discipline referrals after teachers were traineed and coached. The resources and learning that take place help teachers understand behaviors that may occur and how to reteach expectations and gain independence.
