| Benefits | These items would allow me to monitor student activity, while also guiding instruction from different areas of the classroom. This would also assist in creating an environment that supports students in working in other areas besides their desks. Organization manager is a leadership role in my classroom--allowing students to have access to materials AND a place for them to organize materials. |
